APPETIZER PLATTER

Made the authentic Mexican way! Daily prepared chicken broth with rice and shredded chicken. Topped with fresh avocado and cilantro.

ESPECIALIDAD DE LA CASA
A house specialty we make best! An array of grilled strips of steak, chicken, fresh cactus leaves, Panela cheese, grilled shrimp, green onions, and yellow chili peppers. Served on a hot Molcajete with our special red guajillo sauce. Accompanied with rice, your choice of refried, pinto, or black beans, and your choice of corn or flour tortillas.
All dinner plates include rice and beans garnished with guacamole. Accompanied with your choice of flour or handmade corn tortillas.
PLATO DE CHILE COLORADO
Cubed top choice sirloin simmered in our delicious guajillo sauce. Garnished with Panela cheese.
PLATO DE CHILE VERDE
Tender, lean cubed pork meat simmered in a succulent tomatillo sauce. A tradition in Mexico and we make it best! Garnished with Panela cheese.
MACHACA PLATE
Shredded beef simmered to perfection with onions, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Garnished with Panela cheese.
TAMPIQUEÑA PLATE
An 8 oz. skirt steak (entraña) served with a molé sauce covered Panela cheese enchilada. Garnished with grilled onions, roasted Poblano chile strips, and corn.
CARNE ASADA PLATE
A 10 oz. thinly sliced beef steak garnished with Ortega chile on top.

Tender pieces of tasty fried pork grilled with pico de gallo.
PECHUGA PLATE
Chicken breast sautéed with onions and rajas in our tomatillo sauce.
MILANESA PLATE
Thinly sliced breaded steak or boneless chicken breast (wing attached). Served with platanitos fritos.
ARROZ CON POLLO PLATE
Freshly cooked pieces of shredded chicken breast served on a bed of rice. Topped with our delicious ranchera sauce, melted cheese, Poblano chile strips, and corn.
MOLÉ POBLANO
“Made from scratch.” A traditional molé sauce dish consisting of a blend of dried, slowly roasted chiles, spices, almonds, and Mexican chocolate. Your choice of a leg quarter or boneless chicken breast.
CHILE RELLENO
A freshly roasted and hand-peeled Poblano chile (occasionally hot) stuffed with Panela cheese, dipped in egg batter, and cooked to perfection. Topped with salsa de rajas (Poblano chile strips), sour cream, and melted cheese.
ENCEBOLLADO PLATE
Chopped steak grilled with onions and mushrooms.
All plates are served with a choice of two of the following: rice, beans, or julienne-style vegetables sautéed over fresh garlic butter.
COCTEL DE CAMARON
This refreshing, homemade broth with shrimp includes pico de gallo and cucumbers. Topped with avocados.
PESCADO A LA PARRILLA
Grilled freshwater trout. Garnished with lettuce, tomato, onions, and cucumbers.
CAMARONES A LA PLANCHA
Five large shrimp, butterflied and nicely seasoned with garlic butter and spices.

Shrimp simmered in our very spicy hot sauce and cheese. If you like it hot, then this is the one!

A corn tortilla wrapped around your choice of cheese, beef, chicken or shrimp. Covered with ranchera sauce and melted cheese. (Also available with molé sauce). Garnished with guacamole and sour cream.
TAMAL
We make our own tamales filled with your choice of beef or chicken. Topped with rajas sauce and melted cheese. Garnished with sour cream and pico de gallo.
CRISPY TACO
A corn tortilla taco shell filled with shredded beef, potato, or chicken. Served with lettuce, red sauce, Jack and Cotija cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo.

GREEN CORN TAMALE
Tender corn is milled to produce a fresh, delicately sweet corn meal, which is then wrapped in its own green husk and steamed to perfection. Topped with green Poblano chile strips, cheese, and sour cream. (One tamale).
